Adams County divorce records are public records and can be accessed online through the Clerk and Recorder’s Office website or by visiting the office in person. To request a copy of a divorce record online, visit the Clerk and Recorder’s Office website and click on the “Divorce Records” link. You will then be able to search for divorce records by name, date, or other criteria. Once you have found the record you are looking for, you can view it or download it. To request a copy of a divorce record in person, visit the Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 4430 S. Adams County Parkway, Suite E2400, Brighton, CO 80601. You will need to provide the name of the person(s) involved in the divorce and the date of the divorce. There is a fee for obtaining copies of divorce records.
